Families

The trip to University of Southern California was absolutely fabulous! Ms. Flores, Ms. Gottfried, Ms. Mason, Ms. Durst, Ms. Eberle, and several parent chaperones took 74 of our perfect attendance students to USC, and they had a blast.  We watched the game in the Galen Center, and it was a Trojan give away day, which meant that every student received a bobble head of the USC head coach Michael Cooper.  Walking

through the arena one student shared with Ms. Gottfried, "This staircase is wonderful."  USC women's basketball team played against Arizona State University.  Arroyo students lead the "Let's Go USC" cheer, and after we showed our Trojan spirit the team began to win.  Many of the students noticed and were very proud to help USC score.  USC ended up winning the game 59 to 53, and we think it's because we were the loudest ones in the stadium!
