Agendas for scheduled meetings are available for public inspection. Agendas are available on the Monday before a regular Thursday night session. An agenda is placed at the information desk located at the entrance to the Briggs Center, 950 West "D" Street, Ontario. Agendas are mailed to the Ontario and Montclair Public Libraries by the Tuesday before the Board meeting. The minutes of the previous meeting are routinely included with the agenda. Agendas are also made available at each Board meeting.

NOTICE: Individuals requiring special accommodation, including but not limited to an American sign language interpreter, accessible seating or documentation in accessible formats, should contact the Superintendent's Office, or designee, at least two days before the meeting date.
